For a person, it takes a lot of kindness and thoughtfulness to be influential. A influential person is someone who has a impact on or shapes how people act or things occur. Someone who can convince people to act or think according to what they say. Though, only being popular is not being influential. A combination of being kind, thoughtful and having a right mind towards anything and everything makes a person more and more influential. It is a huge responsibility when you are influential enough. For when people are all ears, you will have to be right when you talk. You cannot be biased and hateful.
